Group Fitness Classes

We are leaders in motivating and cultivating fun classes for all levels.

I’ve been teaching fitness classes  for over 12 years with the mission to be a place where anyone can join me, get fit and feel healthy. My highly qualified instructors and I take a holistic approach to fitness that sets us apart from other Fitness Centers in the Kingston area. We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of all types of fitness facilities to embody this approach and redefine what a state-of-the-art Fitness Center can be. Since showing up can be the hardest part, we strive to make sure that everything else is taken care of.  Visit and see for yourself.

Baby and Parent Fitness Classes!

RIP

Rip is a rapid fat-burning class that incorporates weights to tone and condition the body. It is an all-level workout that breaths life back into the body bar programs with the ability and variety to focus on specific muscle groups. Grab a body bar and weights and get ready for an hour of fun and muscle conditioning fitness!

Fusion Flow

This class is sure to become your next obsession. Fusion Flow is a mix of Yoga and Pilates plus the music is always a fun motivating element to this class!!  It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.

Power Step

A traditional step class using the bench with all the options you will need for a great workout! Your heart rate will be pumping and your mind will be worked just as hard with the incredible choreography!!

Barre Fitness 

Barre blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method(the genesis of barre movement) delivering a fusion of ball, pilates, yoga and strength training to the workouts. Designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with the progression so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre  enthusiasts will always feel challenged.


 

Dance Fitness/ Zumba

Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. Hip Hop Class

Tabata

A form of high -intensity physical training in which very short periods of extremely demanding activity are alternated with short periods of rest, typically over  a period of four minutes for each set. Normally completing seven sets during a full class. We combine weighted and cardio moves to get you the results you need :)

Yoga
